Jake Gyllenhaal hosted the final episode of Saturday Night Live’s 49th season and couldn’t hide his slight disappointment that he wasn’t chosen for the more glamorous launch event for the 50th season in the fall.
Onstage at Studio 8H in New York City, Gyllenhaal not only joked about the number 49, but also showed off his talent and vocal abilities with a performance of Boyz II Men’s “End of the Road.” He was also joined by the cast of “SNL” to support him in this unusual number.
